Bret provides executive oversight of company operations. Prior to his current role, Bret served as Chairman and CEO of Edson Electric Supply, Inc., growing the business to $165M in sales to acquisition by The Home Depot in 2006.
Brad Edson
Vice Chairman
Brad provides executive oversight to the Marketplace One Foundation. Prior to his current role, Brad focused his efforts on the operational and logistical aspects of Edson Electric Supply, Inc., serving as VP of Operations and New Business Development.
Brad Routh, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Brad provides financial oversight for Marketplace One. Brad has over 30 years experience in businesses ranging from the automotive aftermarket to valuation consulting. Brad was President of Burke Hansen, Arizona’s largest real estate valuation and consulting group and served as CFO of Edson Electric Supply, Inc.
Chuck Nam
Principal
Chuck provides oversight to the One Impact Fund and works closely with our portfolio company managers. Chuck is a CPA and has functioned in a variety of executive roles. Most recently, he was a founding Principal of the Fidelis Group, a management and consulting firm that helped launch and grow various businesses in the technology and services sector.
Brian Mackay
Principal
Brian is currently a Principal at Marketplace One. In this role he provides leadership to the One Institute, an innovative initiative for leadership development focusing on early career entrepreneurial marketplace leaders. In addition to his work in leadership development he is responsible for business development with select portfolio companies. Previously Brian was a pastor and also served in China. Before entering church work Brian worked for ten years in the financial services industry for Nuveen Investments and as a private banker.
Lukas Naugle
Principal
Lukas is currently a Principal at Marketplace One. In this role he provides leadership to the One Institute, an innovative initiative for leadership development focusing on early career entrepreneurial marketplace leaders. In addition to his work in leadership development he consults with numerous early stage non profit and for profit ventures in developing their brands through Changegoat. He received his degree in International Business from Whitworth University. As a native of Arizona, he loves to humanely kill and dispose of the status quo.
